Consisting of PCD layer & tungsten
carbide substrate. PCD composite combines the highest hardness, abrasive resistance and
toughness tungsten carbide. It can be applied for drilling and coring bits for drilling
rocks of soft to medium hardness.
Consisting of PCBN layer & tungsten
carbide substrate, PCBN composite’s hardness just less than
diamond, it has thermal stability and toughness of the substrate, mainly be applied for
cutting tools.
PCD blank is made of burned polycrystalline
diamond, different shapes of PCD have very high hardness and abrasive resistance. It can
be applied for drill bits and dies
FPD cutting tool made from
cut PCD, and can be used for cutting aluminum alloys, copper, fiberboard and other
nonferrous metal. FPN cutting tool made from cut PCBN, and can be used for machining hard
ferrous aterials e.g. hardened. Steels(HRC45-68), chilled cast
iron, high speed steels etc, machining cobalt and nickel based alloys difficult to cut
(harder than HRC35)
